The result is a cloudy, amber-gold wine with a gentle grip from the maceration and a slight natural spritz on the palate.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eAt 11% ABV, Birbo is one of the lightest-alcohol orange wines you will find from Italy. The skin contact delivers texture and a faint tannic edge without turning the wine heavy or extractive.
