Total SO2 remains below 10 mg\/L.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe result is a bone-dry white with pronounced citrus and saline character, a faint oxidative edge from native yeast activity, and the kind of bright, cleansing acidity that Terra Alta's limestone soils and high-elevation sites reliably deliver.
