Podere Magia Lambrusco is a red sparkling natural wine grown organically in Emilia-Romagna. It's made with the 'Metodo Ancestrale' technique, also known as Pet Nat. Zesty and refreshing with red currant on the nose, crisp palate, ideal to be enjoyed with cured meats.

Podere Magia is located in San Polo d’Enza, Reggio Emilia Province, Emilia-Romagna. Stefano Pescarmona, a young winemaker who trained in Banyuls, Southern France, leads the operation. The 3hectare estate is planted with Trebbiano, Lambrusco, and unsung local hero Spergola grapes. Stefano fully embraces natural winemaking and doesn't use any chemicals in the vineyards or in the cellar. His natural wines are vibrant and alive, unapologetic products of terroir.

In popular culture, Emilia-Romagna found new glory in recent years precisely thanks to its unmatched food culture. "Osteria Francescana", the brainchild of "poet chef" Massimo Bottura, was voted best restaurant in the world for 2016 by the World's 50 Best Restaurants' jury.

Moreover, Aziz Ansari's hit show "Master of None" is set in Modena, where Aziz (Dev) is an apprentice chef at a traditional Tortellini di Modena shop who's on a mission to try and eat each and every local delicacy he comes across.
