The Phelan Farm Pinot Noir comes from the Phelan Farm Estate vineyards located three miles from the Pacific Ocean on the San Luis Obispo coast.   Vinification is 100% whole cluster fermented in stainless steel, 12 days maceration, aged in neutral French oak barrels for 14 months, then bottled by hand unfined and unfiltered.
