Scotty Boy! Big Tang Syrah is a red natural wine made from Syrah grapes farmed sustainably in Santa Barbara County, California. Winemaker's notes: ume plum blossom, desiccated violet, coriander, black peppercorn on the nose; under-ripe dates, blackberry, cinnamon, whole lotta love palate; serve chilled.

From the producer's website: "Having spent the better part of the last decade producing super slow luxury wines for the fine dining world, the team at CCGP decided it was time for a little more fun and immediate gratification — a little vin de soif to compliment our vin de garde — hence, Scotty-Boy! Fine Wines & Super-Coolers was born. Scotty-Boy! wines are inspired by those easy drinking country wines that are made in neighborhood garages and served at the local cantina in large carafes, nicely chilled; or when sweltering, with an ice cube or two in the glass. they are vins de soif (wines of thirst) meant to refresh and quench a thirsty appetite without pretension or self-consciousness. as we like to say at the winery, they’re less judgy and more chuggy.
