Lo Scudiere is 100% Sangiovese selected from the Pieve vineyard, fermented in concrete and aged in 30hl conical oak for one year, with a small percent in used barriques.   The vineyards are Biodynamically farmed, and in the cellar the approach uses only indigenous yeast with no fining or filtering.
