Brothers Xavier, Mathieu, and Benoît Ledogar craft this blend of 60% Carignan, 35% Syrah, and 5% Marselan from their 22-hectare certified organic and biodynamic estate in Ferrals-les-Corbières. The grapes grow in clay and limestone soils under Mediterranean conditions. Domaine Ledogar destemms all fruit before maceration—10 days for Carignan, 8 days for Syrah and Marselan—followed by spontaneous fermentation and aging in fiber tanks.
