Pràdicà is the family's most structured red, drawn from the estate's best parcels and blended from Corvina, Rondinella, and Sangiovese, the Sangiovese standing in for the Molinara used in their lighter Bardolino and adding firmer tannin and a spiced, dark-fruited depth. The vines grow on stony glacial moraine soils. After fermentation the wine spends about a year in large oak botti before bottling.
