A classic Languedoc blend where all varieties are destemmed and fermented separately. Aged in vats with no passage in oak. This is everything a red wine should be in my opinion. It has fresh red fruit on the nose and a certain roundness on the palate, but also some balanced tannins and structure. Also on the nose, notes of tamarind, and hints of aromatic herbs.
