The Prünent Diecibrente is made from  100% Prünent, a local biotype of Nebbiolo, from Topia (pergola) trained vines in the Ossolane valley in Alto Piemonte, some ungrafted and up to 200 years old .  The wine is made from vines planted in 1933 and aged the longest of the Garrones' reds .
