Imputat is a red wine made from 100% Sumoll, a native red grape of Catalonia, from vines planted on calcareous-pebbles and clay soil. Grapes are hand-harvested, 98% de-stemmed, and macerated for 4 days in stainless steel tank with punch-downs and pump-overs 3 to 4 times per day.
